Who are we?

ML-House LLC is an investment company working on the Royal Court project in the village of Banja. The company split from Futura House LLC whivh hss investments in four real estate developments in Sofia (Ovcha Kupel and Banishora), Gorna Banja and Bansko.

We focus our investments in vacation real estate. Along with our current project in the village of Banja, we are in the initial development stages of a vacation complex on a total area of 21 000 m² in Teteven, a town in the Stara Planina mountain.

Our overall efforts are guided by the principle Beautiful homes amidst beautiful nature.
