Location

The King’s Court development nestles within the embrace of the Rhodopa, Pirin and Rila mountains. It is about 200 meters from the village of Banja in the direction of Dobarsko and Belitsa. On the south side, there is an asphalt road. The development is about 100 m from the road crossing for Banja and Velingrad and Banja and Dobarsko. King’s Court is situated on a slight slope facing south which offers a majestic view of the Pirin Mountain. The develoment borders a pine forest to the east and the west.  Transportation to/from and within the region is excellent. Bus stops for routes connecting the neighboring towns are plenty. The village of Banja has a small railroad station for trains to Razlog, Bansko, Dobrinishte, Joruda and Velingrad. A narrow gauge railroad built in 1918 connects Bansko to Velingrad through scenic mountain passes of the Rhodopa mountain range. The Bansko gondola is 6 kilometers away.
