Our development
The development nestles within the embrace of the Rhodopa, Pirin and Rila mountains and borders a pine forest to the east. It is about 100 meters from the village of Banja. The Bansko gondola is 6 kilometers away.
The development's location accommodates year-round activities. A narrow gauge railroad built in 1918 connects Bansko to Velingrad through scenic mountain passes of the Rhodopa mountain range.
- 1Phase I includes the construction of two apartment buildings, a restaurant and a fitness center, occupying a total area of 3000 m2.
- Phase II expands the development by a further 5800 m2, to include the construction of vacation houses and a spa center with a heated indoor swimming pool.
